With the news of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak, NRS Rental Property would like to reassure our valued clients, residents, and potential future residents of our commitment to staying proactive and taking all the necessary steps to help our residents, prospects, clients, and staff avoid unnecessary contact during this time. In addition to normal preventative measures of handwashing, etc., our property managers are proactively encouraging self-showings with lock boxes and we are making an extra effort to get videos of all the units on the market to allow prospective renters to continue their home search without putting themselves or others at risk. We offer secure online rent payments, online reporting, online work order management, and all communication is handled via phone, text, email, or through our online owner and tenant portals. 

If you are a prospective renter and are feeling ill, we ask that you stay home and we will be more than happy to do the tour via video chat or take a video and send it to you to ensure you can continue your search without interruption. If you are a current resident and are feeling ill and have a work order that requires our maintenance team to come inside your home, please let us know ahead of time so we can find a way to service you without putting anyone at risk. Additionally, please call or email us with any questions rather than visiting the office.
