Broadway Place – Chicago

NRS implemented a new management plan for this 44 unit luxury building including upgrades, marketing, leasing, and tenant retention. East End – Calumet City

East End Apartment Homes is an 144 unit, low-income apartment and townhome community that NRS took over management of and oversaw the acquisition and transition between owners. In a matter of two short months, NRS was able to increase occupancy from 82% to 98% and decreased mid-month delinquency from 35% down to 1% by month’s end.

NRS Receivership Management Program

NRS’ Receivership Management Program allows NRS to assist Florida HOAs in recouping unpaid assessments by legally collecting rent on existing leases and filling vacant units for owners who are delinquent.
